Policies

Event Booking Policy

To reserve the date for your event, we require a non-refundable deposit of two hundred fifty dollars along with a credit card on file. The deposit paid confirms and guarantees the menu price for your event. It will be deducted from the final balance for your event. In addition, a booking letter will be sent to you confirming your reserved event date. A minimum of one hundred guests is required for catered events.

Event Confirmations

Three weeks before your event date, confirmations of your event are due. All details, including guest count, menu, a timeline for your event, and additional services requested, are scheduled. Guest count cannot decrease after confirmations but can be increased up to three days before your event.

Final Payment

The balance for your Event is due and payable two weeks before the date of your event. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, company, or personal checks. After the final balance is paid, if any additional services, foods, or drinks are provided for your event before or the day of, there may be additional charges. It would include extra serving time for foods or beverages, other guests arriving not in the confirmed count. We will confirm any additional fees with you and use the card on file.

Gratuity

Jasmine Catering does not include a gratuity on your invoice. However, a gratuity be would graciously accepted and appreciated. After your event, if you wish to add a gratuity, please get in touch with your Attendant Captain.
